Bad service

RAM was suppose to deliver a parcel from Vodacom to me yesterday. I stayed at home all day long waiting on this parcel. NO ONE ever came to my gate at all. I phoned after 4 pm to find out what was going one. Was told the driver has been and no one was home. An utter LIE!!! Was promised it will be delivered today. Phone at about 11:24 - they have the incorrect phone numbers. Gave them the correct numbers and said my son was there today to received the parcel. Got a call at 11:53 that they now have to deliver to a third party and it will only be done tomorrow. I am furious at this horrible service. Will not recommend RAM to anyone ever!!!!!!
