Bad service

Good day I've received the worst service from this company I've been waiting for my parcel to be delivered when I'm tracking it it say they have made arrangements with me for the parcel to be delivered I've tried calling them to find out when the gonna deliver it seems that they don't know what they are doing I'm been pushed from one corner to another
