BAD SERVICE

We ordered something from Vodacom, Vodacom dispatched it to Ram on the 4th June 2019, My wife called Vodacom and Ram Couriers on Friday 7th to find out what is going on. The person she spoke to said it's still in the warehouse but WILL be delivered on Monday 10th. She phoned again on Monday 10th ( Today ) and was said that she will only receive her parcel Wednesday. So i phoned vodacom to find out what is the problem and had the best service from vodacom, then i phoned Ram couriers now this is a different story, There is NO SERVICE THERE, i phoned the first time and was told to hold for the supervisor , well i'm still holding. Then i phoned again at 15.16 and spoke to a Jason so called supervisor. He said he will find out what is the problem and i said i want a answer in 10 min, well i'm still waiting. IF YOU CAN'T RUN A BUSINESS CLOSE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO CONTACT ME SO THAT I KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM ON **********
