BAD SERVICE
If you are going to assure your customer via an sms that a parcel will be delivered the next thing you do not hear anything from any of your drivers, if that is not bad service then I do not know what you guys call it. Furthermore I waste my time to contact the call centre only to find out the parcel is back at the warehouse for whatever reason that your agent Sabelo (whom I am still waiting for him to return my call) could not clearly explain but gave me a response that sounded like it was practiced, it is at the warehouse the drivers are already out.
Please have parcel delivered ASAP at amended address.
