Bad Service

Really bad service from Ram Hand to Hand couriers. When tracking my parcel it said out for delivery validation sms send, but have not received any communication from them regarding my package. Now it just says: Outgoing Call - Non-Delivery Validation - can not get hold of client, phone is on voicemail---left a detailed message/called ########## **********

When trying to phone them regarding this, the phone just dies after a while with no one answering.
