Bad service

After selecting an option for next day delivery before 5 I waited at home yesterday the whole day as well as today and after receiveing an sms stating that my package is out for delivery i never received my package there is more than R5000 worth of breaking goods in that boks and it was loaded for delivery just to load it off again this is pathetic service you pay more for fast delivery and you dont get it
