Bad service

My parcel(K ********** ) arrived at Cape Town for delivery on the 8th February 2019. Ram Couriers claim my contact details & delivery address are incorrect.I verified all my details Wednesday 13th February but to date not delivered. Ram couriers have delivered many times at this address. Company name Rawson Finance,address Cardiff Castle,office 1,Corner of 58 Main & Klidare Road,Newlands,Cape Town.Been calling the call centre from 13th February to date & getting no joy. I requested to speak with the teamleader Lulu but just get put back in call centre queue.Everyone I spoke to promised to call me back but no one does.Advised that they will have teamleader call me back but that ALSO wasn't done either.I am beginning to wonder if they haven't lost my parcel.I am needing to know what the way forward is.
