Bad service

All i can say is the service is terrible and if they feel they can deliver my parcel then they should take it back to Vodacom. I even sent them an email ddnt get a response Called them today to find out about my parcel the guy i spoke to hung up on me saying he wants to check the whereabouts of the parcel also ddnt bother getting back to me.
