BAD SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No delivery - should've been done yesterday 13/12/2018 - but not delivered with below error K ********** 1- ********** ********** +1 2018-12-13 04:37:53 PM UNSUCCESSFULL DELIVERY IN Pretoria - UNAVAILABLE HOME - CONTACT NOT AVAILABLE.
But no one called and there was someone the whole day at home
You can not get hold of anyone via the Call Centre - not too sure why Vodacom keep on using RAM - they are the worst.
Just got hold of Live Chat the guy said he will try to resolve not too sure if he will be able to do so Mbongeni is his name. At least one person answering something.
