Bad service

i have order something with vodacom i got a confirmation email with my tracking number which is K ********** that my parcel will be delivered on the 11/07/2018 in the morning the same day i call them to ask if they can deliver the parcel before 15h00 because i leave work that time, that day they did not deliver which was a Wednesday, Thursday still no parcel Friday they come in at 15h50 and Monday i call them to ask about my parcel they say they will deliver it on Tuesday and i ask them that if they can deliver it before 12h00 and again they agree but they come to my work place at 14h50 , it was like i have to call them every day to ask about my parcel and even today i have not received my parcel, their service its so bad.
