Bad Service

Was called Fri and was told my delivery will delivered then and wasn't and even yesterday gt a col that it will be delivered today even gt a confirmation sms that it will b between 9 and 5 had to cancel my plans for the deliver cos it my wifi router that will require my I'd and signature and it's 17:10 now dont think they coming...my cell number is ********** 122 ..I can't keep on cancelling mmy plans just to stay at home ..coled them even now 20 mins they said they will volume me bt nothing
