BAD SERVICE

Your service level is horrific. Received a short sms confirming the delivery of my parcel to my home address which I wasn't ok with. I left a CERTIFIED copy of my ID and proof of residence with my gran. The driver insisted on the original. Had this been mentioned in the sms, I would have left it. Then I call the call centre to change address to where I work, I got cut off with the first call. The second was worse than not being answered. The lady spoke as if she was in no mood to be there and I had to spell everything for and then proceeded to tell me I must call my service provider and tell them to confirm my address. That was her job to do!!!
