I do apologize for the inconvenience that has been caused to you, however would like to inform that due to security reason our drivers are not allowed to wait at a delivery address if the client is not available, I do understand that you where on your way to the address. But for the safety of our drivers and the parcel they carry for delivery during the day they had to leave and move onto the next delivery address.
We have requested that the driver return and make delivery to you.
