Bad service

I had a parcel due to arrive a week ago. Everytime I track my parcel they say that the parcel could not be delivered due to contact not available but NO ONE PHONED ME. I called them to ask what was going on and they said they would deliver the next day. The next day came and NO PARCEL.

They phoned me again to confirm my address and the lady said they would deliver the next day and that she would call the driver to tell them to phone me 30 minutes prior to delivery. I text them online every day they never respond d. I just got a warning at work because I couldn't work my connection has not been delivered
