Bad service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from RAM Courier. Your team claimed that they attempted to contact me and that I was unavailable, yet I did not receive a single call, SMS, or missed-call notification. This is completely untrue and highly unprofessional. I waited the entire day expecting proper communication, only to be met with false updates and zero effort from your side. Reporting that you tried to reach me when no attempt was made is dishonest and shows a serious lack of accountability. This kind of service causes unnecessary delays, frustration, and inconvenience for customers who rely on accurate information. I expect transparency, not excuses or fabricated attempts at delivery. RAM needs to urgently address this issue to prevent the same experience from happening to other customers . I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and resolved promptly.
