Bad service

Ram hand to hand couriers is not a company you can rely on to, they have been promising to deliver my post since tuesday and the wrose part they lie straight to me that they will come before 2 and they dont, they dont even call to check my availability, instead im the one who is been calling them, the next thing they update at vodacom that i am not available which is a lie. they can keep it to themselve and they will pay for my contract because i am not going to pay for something that is lying there with them. i have been coming to work everyday to wait for them and i told them exactly that i will leave at 2 but they didnt even bother to come. Ram its a bad company and service, and they have a bad attitude.
