Bad service

<p>I have been dealing with ram for more than 5 years in the Port Elizabeth area and the sevice was the best. Resently moved to Cape Town and the service is POOR. Last week i have send documents to Bayport and the guy call PAUL, who is employed by Ram in Bayports office, didnt even hand the documents to them. You not allowed to come near Ram in Cape Town, so i phoned them to make a booking at one, and the lady said i must phone back at 13h30 to make a booking. The pickup time was at 16h30, at Kassolvlei Police. At 17h15 I took the parcel there myself. Waited 45 min for nothing. This is what I call bad service.</p>
