Bad service

This is really the worst service, got an sms yesterday morning stating that my parcel is out on delivery, never recieved it, send an email to them still waiting for a call back as they promise. Got a email back tho saying that the sms I got was not to say that my parcel was out for delivery, which the sms clearly states. Send a third email today again after I received an sms this morning that my parcel is out for delivery.

Their service is the worst ever. How does it take two days to drive from Isando to Boksburg.
