Bad service

I was supposed to receive my parcel on 4 April, and it was not delivered, I checked on 5 April in the morning, and I was not that still is not going to be delivered. This is really inconveniencing me as I am supposed to take this parcel to LP. I was also willing to collect the parcel but I was not allowed. This is a Next day delivery and it is taking many days.
