Bad service

My parcel was supposed to be collected by Ram on Thursday from Pep Store in Port Elizabeth Bluewater bay. I called the store yesterday and they told me the parcel is still with them. I later called Ram and they told me they had a problem with their system but know one informed me I had to call in. Tracking the parcel and it still shows that it's still in Port Elizabeth. Can someone please help because the parcel is my medication and I NEED It. Parcel D***
