Bad, Poor Service and Unreliable Courier Company

I ordered a dstv Internet on the 7 of September, the dstv was collected by ram on the 9 of September my deliver date was supposed to be on the 12 of September, today it is the 20 of September and I'm still waiting for my order from ram when I check or track my order it keeps on saying the same damn thing that my order is at the dispatch, I've been trying to get a hold of ram but they don't have a customer service number, they don't even have an email address where you can lay your complain, it is a bad courier service I won't recommend it to anyone, very bad service their online service is also poor even after laying a complain n***n im really really unhappy with their service as far as I am concerned I will never ever use ram Courier service and dstv must stop using them to.. The courier guy will call you and tell you that they will deliver the same day but they don't even deliver they call you in the morning and you will wait for them forever cancelling all your plans and they don't even bother to tell you that they will not be able to deliver, poor service
