Bad, pathetic service from RAM Hand to Hand Couriers
RAM has set a new standard for poor service, RAM really takes the cake. Four weeks have passed, and my parcel is still not delivered by RAM Couriers. Their communication options, including WhatsApp and the direct line, are completely inadequate. I tried calling and waited for more than 30 minutes before hanging up in frustration. On WhatsApp, I keep receiving a message stating they are "currently experiencing technical difficulties" and cannot connect me to a customer care agent, suggesting I try again later.

I believe FORECAST is the word your Operations department should be very clued up with. You should have prepared for the festive seasons period and put in place measures to ensure your clients DO NOT experience this absurd ridiculous service.
