Bad /horrible/ unprofessional

So disappointed in the service. The driver never calls but he claimed he called and was unable to reach me. I have been sitting the whole day waiting for the call but nothing. useless driver lies when thy don’t want to work. Terrible service.

I don’t even know why THESL uses them or any other company for that matter.
