bad hand to hand service

2018/04/12 i received a call for a delivery to be made, i requested the agent to have the driver deliver the package before 12:00 because after 12:00 i have meetings to attend and i will not be available. this morning i called to check on my delivery and they said all the drivers are out and Secunda is far, they can only deliver next week Monday or if possible i can come collect the package in Witbank. Yesterday was my partner's birthday this package was a gift i am really dissapointed and find this service very poor.
