bad hand to hand courier
Yet again my parcel should be out on delivery today but its. it I'm struggling again to get my parcel with Ram when I call to find out they telling me my area is high risk, what the hell is that. why accept a job that cannot be done. its my birthday and I'm experiencing this with a parcel I need urgently. and I've also been on hold with the customer care agent for more than 5 minutes. never use ram, their service is disgusting

It is not that your area cannot be serviced. It is just that it is not serviced everyday.
As per branch, the courier should be able to deliver your parcel from tomorrow when the area is serviced again.
