Bad experience i had with RAM couriers

I waited the whole day yesterday waiting for a delivery from the so called Ram couriers, i didn't go to work waiting for the order. They only called exactly 15:18 and they arrived in few minutes. Upon arrival, they asked for my passport and proof of residence of which, i gave them, one guy opened it and asked me, "why dont you go back to your country?, your passport was last stamped on 2015, you must go back home." I told him, that had nothing to do with him, he jus had to check if its me and give me my parcel. He then said, "why did you put an adress that is different to the one on the bank statement?" I rep****, this is the delivery address, im here by my girlfriend's place and i bought her this rain simcard, i wanna leave it with her. He then said, he can not give it to me just because of that, i tried to explain the difference between a delivery adress and a physical address but it could not help since i was talking to xenophobic fools. I took a photo of them and i got their number as well, i wanna send an email and report them to the company.
