Bad experience

Had a terrible experience; my package was held for over two weeks. Communication from the business is terrible, there is no follow up, or it's inaccurate. Records would reflect unsuccessful calls meanwhile , I received no calls on my end. When packages are finally out for delivery, the delivery staff has no telephone etiquette. You can't have a person call a client's phone and not introduce themselves but just want to start confirming details or going back and forth. Please do better.
