Bad driver attitude, he refused to give my husband the parcel, even thou I nominated my husband to collect on my behalf because I am at work,My husband had my ID copy and his original ID document as arranged on the online application i made.The driver even refused to speak to the fnb consultant who wanted to explain to him that my husband's details are on the system. Now I have to cancel the order due to the drivers incompetency, he even has the audacity to tell my husband that he doesn't work with fnb so he won't speak to the consultant, knowing very well that FNB is one of your biggest client and as an fnb costumer your driver has jeopardized my relationship and trust with them.
