Bad delivery services left myself and helper shaken up and in tears

I had a delivery today at around 8.50 today 15 October 2020.and what a nightmare. Firstly ram did not call to advise what documents I should have on hand to pass onto the driver that coms came via email at 8.56. However I managed to give my if and a loan statement dated September and he refused to assist he was rude and unhelpful no greeting when he left myself and my helper were in tears and shaken up by the service and the attitude of this guy. It was so bad that we could not get any identification or registration number of the vehicle as we were panicking incase it was a **** since these things are happening I tried to get my husband on the phone to reason with this guy of which he took the phone gave it back to my helper and drove off. Consignment no. K***. I refuse for anyone to treat me or my helper in that way and if that delivery does not happen today 15 October they can keep it unfortunately it will affect vodacom and quite frankly they were not involved I recieved such excellent services from oupa at vodacom retentions department all to go through with this pathetic service
