Bad Delivery Service

I used the new Paxi Courier Service at Pep where they promised a delivery between 1-3 days as I needed to get a parcel urgently to my daughter in Himeville. Sad to say, the staff is totally in the dark as to how the system works. They eventually sealed the parcel (this was Monday). I had no tracking number and when I went to see them this morning they try to cover that they have no idea. They would not even try to trace the parcel. They said Ram Couriers works with it and if it does not arrive today, then maybe next week, and that they will send me an SMS when it arrives at its destination.

Sorry this is NOT ACCEPTABLE, especially as it is a new service and I am sure that they would want to please their first customers. Very, very disappointed in this service. I do not think it will go anywhere soon.
