Bad delivery service

I had such a bad service delivery experience with RAM. I ordered something online from @home and RAM was their delivery company. In the morning I received an sms informing me that I will receive my delivery will arrive @17:00. RAM however called me around 15:00 telling me that they are outside my house. Its note like I sit in the house all day waiting for them.

They were supposed to call me beforehand since they were delivering earlier than expected. Their initial time suited me perfectly. Nevertheless, the manner in which they delivered the goods was disgusting. They just waited for me to open the gate. They literally dropped off the box inside the yard by the gate & drove off. No signing, no evidence that the goods were delivered & they are according to the delivery note.

Luckily the order was correct, otherwise things would have gone really sour.
