Bad customer servicel

Receives sms notification of parcel delivery 08.23 AM. Called at 10.18AM by the courier driver asking if I'm home. 10 minute later I was called by the driver for directions which I told them where I'm located. He promised to call back after I called to check if they are still on the way. I waited until 12.00 miday until I called the call centre and I was promised a delivery on the same day Friday Its seven PM still no delivery. Bad customer service and rude staff.
