Bad customer service & unreliable

<p>on the 21st of June I received an SMS from ram saying I must expect my parcel during the day at my work place. expecting a call upon delivery as that's what any reputable and decent courier company does. I waited and waited, without receiving any call.</p> <p>the next day I checked the status of my parcel and it said that it was received by me. I guess the reception lady is me then because it's a lie. The following day I received a call from a reception lady letting me know that I have a parcel "idling" around at the reception. I work in a huge building and my parcel could have landed in anyone's hands. </p> <p> This is so unprofessional, ********* and unreliable. I would not use this ******* service. </p>
