Bad customer service Ram couriers

Failef to deliver parcel for 2 days now. I have been phoning for almost 2 hours not getting any answers. I have been holding the line 4 times for more than 15 minutes after wich I was cut of. This happened after I spoke to them yesterday and arranged for delivery today.
