Bad customer service, poor service and *********
I am expecting a Package which was to be delivered to Pep Centurion mall via Paxi, unfortunately RAM put a totally different ref number on my package which ended up being delivered to Randfontein. I went to PEP last week Friday and they advised me that my package is nowhere to be found due to the incorrect ref number. We have been trying to contact RAM from last week together with Paxi however we get transferred from one consultant to the other. I need to know when this will be resolved so I can get my stuff. This is totally unacceptable and *********. RAM I NEED MY STUFF!!!!!!!!!

19 Apr 2023, 14:03This one is correct you had made a mistake with the numbers, kindly note from the day we received the order from pexi it had the address for Centurion and the parcel you are referring to was delivered at Pep Centurion Mall as how pep gave it to Ram. We do not change and do any packaging it is the responsibility of the store sending to make sure everything is correct before we collect.

19 Apr 2023, 14:26I am expecting 1 parcel which was sent from Thohoyandou. The DS******** 95 ref number is the only thing I have as I am at the receiving end. The wrong parcel was delivered to Centurion mall and mine is currently at Randfontein PEP Home. I spoke to a consultant at Pexi and was advised that the problem encountered at RAM when parcels were being collected. A consultant at RAM advised that they will collect both parcels and deliver to the correct stores by Monday but still no feedback. I need my parcel asap please.
