Bad customer service from RAM

We have received sms's from RAM regarding a delivery for items we ordered, due to unforseen circumstances we are unable to be at the adress listed and would like to change the adress. We have tried to call 5 different numbers to reach them with no answer for 2 days. This is the worst service! And to top it, it states delivery for the wrong shop within the Cape Union Mart group. This is pathetic and I would not recommend them!
