Bad Customer service form RAM Couriers

I have never seen such bad customer service in my life. RAM couriers in Port Elizabeth. Early this year my brother ordered a Fibre from Vodacom and Ram was suposed to deliver, since today we have not received it, When we trace the parcel on their tracking system it will say parcel sent back, no response from the customer whereas they did not even try to contact the customer. Three weeks back we app**** again, once again the same problem, where we track it again they said incorrect address, whereas they did not even contact the customer. I have never had such bad customer service in my life. Poor communication as well. I rate them 0 they do not deliver
