Bad customer service
I have never used this company before and my first experience with them is not so great. I have been waiting for my Standard bank card since last week. I called their call centre this morning and was advised that I will urgently received a call from their card division, +- 5 hours still have not received a call or my bank card. What annoys me the most that I had to call again on my expense and still could not be assisted. I clearly stated to them that have errands to take care of but seems like I am the least of their problem. Their customer service sucks.

Please note that the parcel has not been consigned to us as yet.
It does not pick up on the system, which means that it is not yet with us as yet. You should be able to get communication as soon as the parcel has been handed over to us for dleivery.
