BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Am really disgusted and disappointed with their service. My parcel was supposed to be delivered today (29/04/2021) as arranged with the lady who was delivering on the 28/04/2021 due to no ID. Called and spoke a female by the name Andile who was rude and gave me attitude after telling me that my parcel is at their warehouse of which I don't know what for because that wasn't the agreement and will be delivered on the 30th. On their tracking site on the 28 at 15:52 there was a popup stating "couldn't confirm return" then on 17:13 there was a popup stating the reasons for unsuccessful delivery which was due to the ID and that was just after the driver left, agreeing on the arrangement of bringing my parcel today. Am really not happy with their service and the unprofessional attitude from your agent, they really need to do something about that, educate their staff on customer service because this is really not on.
