Bad customer service and incompetence call centre agents

i bought items from bash and was sent to my designated store by RAM, when i track from bash it says ready for collection but on RAM did not send OTP z now 5 days , their whatsap no is useless , when calling they customer care the agents was like i have to ask the store no evwn willing to assist i dont knw why bash is using this useless courier with zero customer care,
