BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION

This company is useless. They continuously give you the run around. I have been waiting for a parcel to arrive or at least have an idea of when it will arrive. I called yesterday to find out as I received a message at 08:44 yesterday saying that my parcel was with RAM and would be delivered in the next 3 days. I called RAM to find out when and which day I could expect it. The first lady I spoke to was super confused and couldn't even properly provide an explanation to the questions I was asking. Another lady assisted me and said it was still with Vodacom as they didn't have a street number, I provided a street number. I then got a call yesterday from Vodacom at 15:00 also asking for the street number, which I provided. I then called again this morning, they told me it was still with Vodacom and that there's an issue, I then queried the information provided as I already provided Vodacom and RAM with the required information and was then told to hold the line, I eventually put the phone down as I had been waiting for 10 minutes. This service is shocking. I need to have my parcel by tomorrow latest and looking at all the reviews on this company I doubt this will even happen. I also received a message on Monday 03 August at 12:43 saying that I can expect delivery in 72 HRS. This company does not know how to communicate at all, I have no idea why Vodacom would even consider working with a company that cannot even give you a straight answer. I understand that delivery is 3-5 Working Days, but I mean come on, most couriers would deliver next day especially if it's local. At least provide accurate information or don’t send inaccurate messages that say my parcel is with RAM when it’s not!
