Bad customer service

A parcel was supposed To be delivered To me on the 25th of Feb, they drove away because my ohone was Engaged , Wednesday when I called them they said my parcel was going to be returned to the supplier . Yesterday the supplier said they must deliver it again, did not happen, today I am trying to get through to their call centre for more than and hr, pathetic service . Wonder what actually happened to my parcel
