Bad customer service
Pathetic service from the courier company. My address was changed from the address on the order to 2 streets away from me and they had an ordesity to lie that there was a strike in my area. When I called I spoke to lebogang who did not care about the lie my parcel being late and so as her manager Keanen. They did not apologise for any inconvenience.

04 Nov 2025, 11:12Tomorrow is too late I have bath soap, toothpaste etc in that order which was returned yesterday for no reason and now I must wait for tomorrow. It not even lunch time Im sure an arrangement can be made. It a merely 20min drive to deliver. This is also just another don’t care attitude of wait till tomorrow from your mistake and you delivery guys error and I must suffer.
