Bad customer Service
The worst service recently, it’s now 2 times where I was sent a sms that my parcel is out for delivery today, but to my surprise the parcel doesn’t it reach me, only to track it to see that it was an unsuccessful delivery with what reason I don’t know as nobody communicated with me and I am urgently in need of the parcel, ram has had the parcel since last week Tuesday
