Bad customer service
The drivers came to my street yesterday has I was standing outside the whole day waiting for them,and they took a first right before reaching my house ,and now they say there's no such person at the address, in addition to that they did not call at all ,i did wave my hands for them to notice me but still they continued driving off ,Ram is disgusting i must say bad courier's they are.

21 Feb 2024, 19:19Disgusted I am with Ram, I lost full 5 days of work ,the driver did not call or come to my address and he says there's no such person on the address, ****mers they are,keep away from ram ,I've written dozens of complaints and there's nothing done about it ,they literally violate all the consumer's rights has a customer, Ram is a **** indeed
