Bad customer service

I have experienced the worse customer service,their call center agents just hangs up the phone promise to call back and never do. I called them in the morning to check what time my parcel will be delivered and the agent called the driver while I was still on the line to check with him what time he will be in my area and the driver sain between 15h00 and 16h00,then I left to do other things before that time but to my surprise the driver called me at 13h10 to tell me he is at my gate,i mean really now after saying he will come after 15h00,why not call first if you are gonna come early?it is not like everyone has time to sit around the hole day doing nothing waiting for the parcel,there is a reason why you guys have our contact numbers. Till now i still don't have my parcel. As for Reginah,Trey and the driver whose name I didn't get,you are the worse customer service I ever delt with,the driver was even chicky about the whole thing. still waiting fr my parcel!!!
