Bad customer service

I missed a delivery on Friday the 15th, I called immediately after realising my mistake and they told me they will deliver on Monday, it's Tuesday and I still haven't received any sort of communication, I've called client services and all they can say is they tried calling me. I haven't received any sort of communication from them since Friday when they told me my order will be delivered, this is really bad customer service as I have to call in order to find out what's going. I ordered my LTE from mweb now they threatening to cancel my order meanwhile I have received any communication from ram, such a pathetic delivery service.
