Bad Customer Service

I requested a parcel to be picked up last week Thursday for delivery today before 14:00.

I spoke to Palesa at their call Centre who informed me that her supervisor, Keitumetse, does not take calls unless she is fully briefed.

Attempts to get the MD to speak to me were also met with the same response from Jonathan!!!!

I should have checked this website before using them again as it is the 2nd time that they give me shoddy, low class and 3rd rate service!!!!!
