Bad Customer Service

I expected a package for delivery on 2017/09/01 but the driver didn't not deliver claiming to not find the entrance, the problem starts here where I was willing to make alternate arrangements for collection but phone calls where dropped, empty promises for call backs. pathetic service and unacceptable
