BAD customer service
I am so disappointed with the poor customer service from this company. They sent me smses that my parcel is on the way but 2 days have passed with no delivery made. Such a huge inconvenience as I had to cancel my plans for a delivery that never arrives. STOP SENDING SMSes IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DELIVER ON THE DAY. WASTE OF TIME WAITING FOR NOTHING. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEIR PHONE RINGS WITH NO ANSWER.
